Carnaval de Binche 2011 – Awesome piggyback costumes

The carnival is the most well known event in the belgian city of Binche, and as such even mentioned by the UNESCO. It’s history dates back to the 14th century and features vibrant dresses with masks. In 2011, a brilliant combination of piggyback costume and mask being modeled after a well known Louis de Funès movie was shown. The creative and well done costumes featured custom made german army uniforms, helmets and a piggyback dummy with a mask can be seen below.
